The hatching program provides an enthralling experience in a safe environment. The ten day incubation program give children the unique opportunity to watch eggs hatching in a specially designed incubator, and then to observe the hatched chicks at play in a large clear sided brooding pen.

Families are invited to a short concert and shared afternoon tea in the pre-prep Playground.  The children enjoy sharing some songs they have learnt at pre-prep.  Families have the opportunity to meet and chat with other families in a relaxed atmosphere.

A visit to a local school to enjoy a variety of activities for young children.  While having a lot of fun the pre-prep children are able to see the school children in their prep rooms, increasing their understanding of the school environment.

A lively puppet show with stunning sets promoting the message of protecting our fragile environments. During the show the children learn about appreciating a variety of Australian animals and the habitats they live in.

The children work with a local artist to create interesting designs using clay.

The children present a short play to their families.  This is an opportunity for the children to share their ideas and skills with others as they independently create the story for the play, make their own costumes and then perform this for their families.
